FINISHED RODS – Limited Warranty Statement

Seeker, LLC warrants your Seeker rod to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the original owner (Proof of Purchase Required). Should your Seeker rod fail, return prepaid and insured to the address below. Upon receipt of your Seeker rod, our warranty department will determine if the materials or workmanship were the cause of the failure. At our discretion, your rod will be repaired or replaced (with the same or equivalent model) and returned to you. This warranty does NOT cover incidental or consequential damages, or damage or wear resulting from accident, normal wear, abuse, repair, misuse, lack of maintenance, high sticking, bouncing of sh, or intentional breakage.

If the rod failure is not due to a material or workmanship defect, there is a replacement fee of Dealer Wholesale per rod, plus a shipping charge. Please note that it has been found that in nearly every case unless the failure occurs on the first fishing trip, the failure is unlikely due to materials or workmanship. However, we stand behind our product and encourage our consumers to contact us with any problem that may arise.

To return a damaged or failed rod, please first contact the warranty department at warranty@seeker- rods.com to receive an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. That number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your packaging so that our receiving department will be able to quickly direct it to the warranty department.

BLANK RODS – Limited Warranty Statement

Seeker, LLC warrants your Seeker blank to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the original owner. (Proof of Purchase Required). Should your Seeker blank fail, return prepaid and insured to the address below. Upon receipt of your Seeker blank, our warranty department will determine if the materials or workmanship were the cause of the failure. At our discretion, your blank will be replaced (with the same or equivalent model) and returned to you. Our blank warranty does not cover wrapping, handle components, guides, incidental or consequential damages, wear resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, or lack of maintenance.

If the blank failure is not due to a material or workmanship defect, there is a replacement fee of Dealer Wholesale per blank, plus a shipping charge. If you would like to reuse your original guides, you must remove them prior to shipping.

COMMERCIAL USAGE

Although Seeker, LLC believes that the product that we produce is far and away the highest quality and greatest durability fishing rod in the industry, we do not promote the rods for commercial fishing use. Therefore, rods used for those purposes will not be covered under the warranty nor will the retailers be bound to replacement or repair of rods used for such purposes. The warranty statement is nullified if the rods are used in a commercial application.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
